The iPad

One of the newest gadgets getting ready to hit the shelves is Apple’s iPad. The iPad is an electronic tablet computer that allows the user the ease of performing similar operations to the iTouch, but on a clipboard sized personal computer.

The iPad provides the uniqueness of being able to be held and utilized as a clipboard, or a magazine, allowing for easy reading of e-books. While there are other products out on the market which possess a similar ability, the iPad carries with it the Apple name and reputation, as well as the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, similar to other Apple products.

The reviews of this product have been mixed. On the one hand it is seen as the next generation of innovative Apple projects, while some view this product as just an over sized iTouch. The iPad arrives in April and the sales should allow for better judgment of the interest and the popularity of this new gadget.
