Gadgets are wonderful items. No matter what you are doing, there seems to be a gadget that is available to assist with any project in the house or office. If there is a job to be done, there is a gadget for it.

The kitchen gadget that seems to be available in many different price ranges are hand food processors. They come in manual, battery or electric form. These are absolutely perfect if one wants to chop small amounts of food. It is absolutely perfect for the single person or the person who has limited storage space.

These little processors have a lot of power. Due to the small size of the entire unit, cleanup is extremely easy. This is wonderful if you are using the processor to prepare a meal and dessert item at the same time. Chopping fresh herbs and vegetables is so easy with these machines. It makes preparing a meal using fresh ingredients a breeze and is a healthy choice for anyone.

At first glance the Adesso CyberPad looks much like an iPad, but it is far from it. The device looks like a small notebook for taking notes on and at first glance that might be all you see. This device is probably geared toward students as it is a pen that records all the notes you take on it. The notes get saved to a 32mb internal memory in the pen. It makes taking notes easier when having to take notes in a class that requires lots of writing and drawing of charts or graphs. If you feel like the 32mb memory is to small then you can always upgrade it by using the integrated SD slot on the device. When you want to get all the notes you took during class on to your computer you just hook up the included USB cable to you computer and download the notes. It requires Adobe Photoshop Elements to get the notes but the install disc comes in the box. The Adesso CyberPad A4 may not be as good as taking notes on good old paper but it is a neat device and might encourage a person to take more notes.

One of the newest gadgets getting ready to hit the shelves is Apple’s iPad. The iPad is an electronic tablet computer that allows the user the ease of performing similar operations to the iTouch, but on a clipboard sized personal computer.

The iPad provides the uniqueness of being able to be held and utilized as a clipboard, or a magazine, allowing for easy reading of e-books. While there are other products out on the market which possess a similar ability, the iPad carries with it the Apple name and reputation, as well as the ability to perform a wide variety of tasks, similar to other Apple products.

The reviews of this product have been mixed. On the one hand it is seen as the next generation of innovative Apple projects, while some view this product as just an over sized iTouch. The iPad arrives in April and the sales should allow for better judgment of the interest and the popularity of this new gadget.
